Christian Education
Adult
There are various adult offerings available at Westwood during the Sunday School hour.
Come and discuss God’s Word and how His Word applies to us today. The lessons will
be encouraging us toward more faithful living by focusing closely on the nature of God
who walks ahead, beside and behind us.
Other Adult Education Offerings
A variety of options are available for Christian Education during the week. These include a Wednesday morning Bible Study, and courses like Disciple Bible, The Alpha Course, Challenging Lifestyles, Alpha Marriage Course and Financial Peace University.

Youth
Middle High
Youth will meet in the lower level of Epworth House every week to share and grow in their faith life.
Senior High
Youth will nourish their bodies with a light breakfast and their spirits with lively
conversations about how faith fits into everyday life.
Children
Kingdom Kids
Kingdom Kids Sunday School at Westwood UMC is an exciting and creative Christian education program for children in grades K-5 based on the Workshop Rotation Model. Children learn Bible stories and Christian concepts and values through multiple approaches to learning in kid-friendly workshops like art, music, storytelling, cooking, science, games, video, and drama. All elementary age children are invited to join us in the Marketplace (room 10) during the Sunday School hour. Be a Kingdom Kid!
Pre-School class
This class is for children ages three through five (not enrolled in kindergarten). The
students will learn stories from both the Old and New Testaments using a variety of activities. Children will hear Bible stories told by puppets and re-enact these stories through play. They will enjoy singing and playing games together as well as reinforcing lessons through crafts and art.
Nursery
The nursery has a welcome and friendly atmosphere for your baby or toddler. If you are planning on attending an adult Sunday School class or bringing and older sibling to Kingdom Kids, know that there is a caring place for your baby as well.
